SIOR Announces Winners of 2025 Transaction Awards

Washington, D.C. – April 16, 2026 - The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the world’s premier commercial real estate organization for industrial and office brokers, is pleased to announce its Top Transactions Award winners of 2025. Each year, the Top Transaction Awards are presented to SIOR members who have completed the largest sales and lease transactions, ranked by dollar volume, with one or more other SIOR members.  

“SIOR members continue to demonstrate excellence across the globe,” said SIOR CEO David C. Lockwood III. “Their achievements in 2025 reflect their expertise, professionalism, and leadership, continuing to raise the bar for service and impact across the commercial real estate industry.”

The largest overall transaction of 2025 was completed by Stewart Metcalfe, SIOR, and Bill Pavlopoulos, SIOR, both of Colliers, who arranged the $300,500,000 (CAD) sale of a 1,300,000 square-foot industrial space in Innisifil, Ontario, Canada. This transaction was recognized with both the Largest Industrial Deal and Largest International Deal awards.

The Largest Office Deal of the year was completed by Tripp Hardin, SIOR, of Cushman & Wakefield, Daniel Freeland, SIOR, and James Loft, SIOR, both of Gershman Commercial Real Estate, for the $89,912,000 lease of a 156,926 square-foot office in Clayton, Mo.

 Additional awards include:

  • Largest Land deal: Leah Bailey, SIOR, and John Barker Jr., SIOR, both of Red Rock Developments, and Grant Miller, SIOR, Donald Moss, SIOR, and Robert Speir, SIOR, all of Colliers, for a $173,829,523 sale of 385 acres of land in Charlotte, North Carolina. 
  • Largest Alternative Space: Ryan Bertin, SIOR, and Curt Stanton, SIOR, both of Cresa Detroit, for their $32,360,000 lease of a 453,375 square-foot space in Florham Park, New Jersey.
  • Largest Deal Involving a Member Associate: Shy Assar, Juan Gutierrez, SIOR, and Michael Hefner, SIOR, all of Voit Real Estate Services, for their $174,311,927 sale of a 1,101,900 square foot building in in Fontana, Calif. 

SIOR also announced the overall Top 50 Deals for office and industrial transactions among members worldwide in 2025.
