Before joining Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Gutierrez spent four years as an

industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis in their Ontario offi ce. Mr. Gutierrez is

an Industrial Specialist and has focused his efforts in both the San Gabriel and

Inland Empire markets. He has experience in many facets of commercial real

estate including tenant representation, landlord representation, land sales and

investment sales.

Mr. Gutierrez was recognized as one of the Inland Empire’s (San Bernardino

& Riverside Counties) top industrial brokers between 2008-2011 and 2013

according to CoStar Group. In 2009, Mr. Gutierrez was the top earning fi rst

year industrial broker.
