Melissa Alexander, SIOR, is an industrial specialist and senior vice president at Foundry Commercial with over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has been involved in transactions across more than 20 states as well as internationally. Alexander became an SIOR member in 2023 and continues to distinguish herself in a very competitive market.
Landon Williams, SIOR, is the executive vice president of capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors and has been an SIOR member since 2018. With over a decade in commercial real estate, Williams has represented a multitude of private capital and institutional investors in the disposition or acquisition of commercial real estate investment assets in the Mid-South and beyond.
