Jordan Tubb, Vice President of Graham & Company is a vital part of the company’s industrial services group. Mr. Tubb is a 12-year commercial real estate veteran and during his career has represented over 250 local, national and international companies in acquiring millions of square feet of industrial/manufacturing space across the Birmingham Metro Area. Jordan represents Purchasers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants working diligently to analyze market conditions to maximize value for his clients. Jordan represents his clients in site selection, expansions, relocation, renewals, valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Jordan is a leader within the Alabama NAIOP Chapter where he has served as a Board member since 2013, was the Developing Leaders Chairman in 2015 and 2016, the Chapters Treasure and Secretary in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and is currently serving as its Vice President.

Jordan is a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business, with a degree in Management.
