With more than 13 years of experience, John joined Graham & Company in 2006 as a

Broker for the Industrial Group. He is a lifetime member of the Commercial Real Estate

Club of Excellence, participating in the lease or sale of more than $20 million of real estate transactions over the last twelve months.

John specilizes in tenant representation services as well as disposition of property. His involvement in the tenant representation market locally and throughout the region has enabled him to negotiate warehouse space requirements which include: relocations, renewals and expansions for both tenants and landlords. John’s knowledge and expertise in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings enable him to advise his clients, and to then execute a real estate strategy on their behalf.
