Steve is a seasoned veteran in the commercial real estate industry, providing brokerage, lease administration, project management and strategic consulting services to clients around the globe.
Steve has completed more than 100 lease transactions during the past three years and has leased over four million square feet of space since 1998. He manages all aspects of his corporate clients’ real-estate activities, offering strong process-based services for relocation, renegotiation, and disposition assignments. He is an expert at forming and managing strategic alliances, both internally and externally, on his clients’ behalf. Steve performs and/or orchestrates all activities involved with the leasing process such as financial analysis, project management, board meetings, lease documentation, market evaluations, property tours, lease negotiations, build-to-suit evaluation, restorations, and strategy consultations.
He has successfully managed client relationships with the following organizations: Health Management Systems, Crawford & Company, National Instruments, Lennox Industries, Accuvant, Emerson, Gannett Fleming, Electronic Warfare Associates, Tectura Corporation, Check Point Software, Emerson, Washington Mutual Bank, Expanets, Gannett Fleming, Cox Communications, Columbia College, and Science Applications International Corporation. Steve has also maintained relationships with governmental agencies such as Tricare, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Army Corps of Engineers and the Social Security Administration.
Steve is an active member of Denver Metropolitan Commercial Area Realtors (DMCAR) and has been recognized as a DMCAR “Heavy Hitter” from 2001 through 2016. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Colorado. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
