Since April of 2004, Mrs. Soozi Jones Walker has resided as the Broker/President of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services, which handles the sales & leasing of commercial real estate in Las Vegas, Nevada. She specializes in the sale of commercial investment property and the leasing of office, industrial, and retail space. Over her career, she has continually been one of the top producing agents in Las Vegas. She is widely regarded as an expert in the evaluation, leasing and sales of commercial real estate. Soozi has also served as an expert witness in the state and federal courts in Nevada.

Previously, she had been with Realty Executives of Nevada as a broker/salesperson in commercial real estate sales & leasing from 1994-2004 and Jack Matthews and Company prior. She was appointed by the Governor of Nevada to the Nevada Real Estate Commission from 2007-10. She served as commission secretary and vice president during that time.

Soozi has had many achievements that include: “Cooperating Broker of the Year,” from the Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter, 2008; “Las Vegas Top Power Brokers,” by the CoStar Group, 2006-2008 and 2010; “Woman of Valor,” awarded by the American Diabetes Association, 2002; Realty Executives “Top Agent to NV Region,” in 1997, 2000 and 2001; and the “Woman of Achievement Award,” in Land and Real Estate Development, granted by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, 1995. She was inducted into the Realtor Hall of Fame, received the Ronn Reiss Award for Educational Excellence from GLVAR and the Gregg Corlyn Award from the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter for Outstanding Service and was most recently awarded the 2013 member of the Year Award from Commercial Alliance Las Vegas.

Her memberships and qualifications are many which include: Lied School of Real Estate for the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) advisory committee member, 2005-2011; SIOR – Society of Office and Industrial Realtors Institute member, 2003-Present; Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter president, 2012; So Nevada CCIM Chapter President three times, CCIM Institute Professional Standards Committee member since 2007, vice chairman in 2010, chairman in 2011, Education Committee from 2009-Present, and National Board of Directors,2008 to 2013. Among her many national committees she was recently appointed to the National CCIM Governance Committee.

She is also a long time member of the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter, Southern Nevada SIOR Chapter, Las Vegas Rotary, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Nevada Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Soozi earned her real estate license from the Nevada School of Real Estate in 1978, and her broker license in 1981, after having received her GRI Designation from the Real Estate Institute in 1980. She then achieved her CCIM Designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1991, and later went on to become an international instructor for the CCIM Institute. Soozi has been a resident of southern Nevada since 1978.
