Paul is a corporate managing director with Studley’s Southern California Industrial Service Group. Specializing in industrial corporate services, he assists companies in formulating and implementing their real estate strategies through comprehensive analysis beyond the real estate transaction. Paul is foremost a leader in lease negotiation and restructuring, sale/leaseback, investment sales, site selection and location consulting.

Paul started his career with CB Commercial in 1995, where he was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. Paul later moved on to work for Colliers International as a vice president of industrial real estate.

Activities & Achievements

Paul is an SIOR member as well as a member of AIR. In addition, Paul is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California as well as the state of Nevada.

Paul received his bachelor degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
