Specializing in office buildings and based in Indianapolis, Dave has been a top producer within Cushman & Wakefield and in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. He is one of the founding principals and shareholders of the original firms (F.C, Tucker Commercial & Colliers Turley Martin Tucker) that became Cassidy Turley, DTZ, and in 2015 Cushman & Wakefield, now one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage and property management firms in the world.

Dave enjoys being active in Central Indiana organizations, and is or has served as a board member for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana (Board Member), Amy Beverland Dad's Club (President), Northeast side Youth Soccer Association, Oaklandon Youth Organization, Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors District 3 (President), Boy Scouts of American Crossroads Chapter and Geist Christian Church.
