Having served industrial clients around the country for more than 25 years Bryan has achieved the two highest industrial and investment designations – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) - he is one of only a few real estate practitioners in the world to hold dual designations.

His areas of expertise are industrial landlord and tenant representation and has been an SIOR since 2001.

Bryan has been professionally recognized for his work in the real estate industry and within Cushman & Wakefield as well as serving on numerous community Boards and Commissions including the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and as Chairman of the Natural Resources Commission, State of Indiana as a Governor’s appointment since 2005.

Bryan has numerous hobbies and passions including hiking, hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities. Since 1999, he has been the host of the weekly syndicated radio show called Indiana Outdoors currently heard on more than 20 stations. He has served two terms as the Chairman of the Hoosier Outdoor Writers. He currently serves on the St. Maria Goretti school board and is active in numerous other community endeavors.

Bryan has been extremely active in SIOR nationally serving as Chair of numerous committees and task forces - most recently as Chair of the SIOR Global Conference Committee.
