Peter Fennelly specializes in the leasing of office and industrial properties, representing both landlords and tenants in all phases of negotiations. He has experience in lease/sale contracts, financial analysis, property valuation and appraisal methods. Peter has developed market studies and investment programs for investors and tenants.

Peter has been an active SIOR for over 20 years and works diligently to make sure clients and referring SIOR's are completely satisfied with our partnership and always works hard to protect and respect the referring brokers relationships.

Peter is President and Managing Partner of Bridge Commercial. He has successfully completed over 40 million square feet of real estate transactions. Peter has been representing tenants and owners for over 30 years and has worked throughout the United States. Peter believes in developing great teams and great partnerships and to that end finding ways to best serve his clients. His expertise ranges from site selection, lease negotiations to strategic planning and consulting. Peter has been an avid advocate of SIOR and has served on the SIOR Foundation and as a President of the Carolinas Chapter.
