Steve Zacher CCIM, SIOR has been an industrial/commercial real estate broker in Northeast Indiana since 1987. In the past five years Steve has sold or leased over 60 industrial properties in Northeast Indiana greater than 40,000 Sq. Ft. These total over 7,200,000 SF and average 120,000 SF. His industrial clients include Wolverine Worldwide, Uniliver, Altra Holdings, Fortune Brands, Metal X, and Dana. Has has also acted as a office tenant rep broker for major office users in the Fort Wayne area including North American Van Lines, Physician Health Plan, American Specialty Insurance, Prudential, Raymond James, Lincoln National and Merrill Lynch. He has worked on Retail site selection projects for Costco, Carmax, Wal-mart, Walgreens, and Goodwill Industries to name a few. He represented Vera Bradley in the purchase of their 72 acre campus site on the South side of Fort Wayne. He handled the disposition for two former Lincoln National office buildings in Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis with consideration of approximately $70,000,000. Steve is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. He has been elected into the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors as an active industrial member. In 2002 he served as the President of the Indiana/Kentucky chapter of SIOR. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He has earned his Professional designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Steve is an associate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is licensed as an Indiana Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. Steve was named the Indiana Realtor of the year in 2017 by the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
