Singular attention to client needs and requirements is the foundation of his career in the commercial real estate industry.

Chris’ real estate expertise is backed through his affiliation with Cushman and Wakefield an internationally respected real estate firm. Chris’ network of local and national clients depend on him to manage the leasing of large portfolios of office space throughout the state of Utah. Locating businesses new to the Utah market is his particular interest.

Well-known national and local corporations rely on Chris to handle their real estate leasing, sales, acquisition and disposition requirements in Utah. Chris maintains a sophisticated client list, representing companies such as CenturyLink, AT&T, Franklin Covey, Ingersoll Rand, Comcast, First American Title Company, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, Raytheon, Thyssen Krupp Elevators and CH2M HILL.

Landlords and developers such as Arden Realty, 111 Main/CCRI, Vectra Management and Hamilton Partners have looked to Chris’ team to craft innovative, successful marketing and leasing strategies for premier office parks and new developments across the Wasatch front.

More than eighteen years’ practical experience enables Chris to bring real estate transactions to timely and successful conclusions. He knows the Utah office market. He recognizes both the problems and the opportunities at all points in market cycles. In 2009, Chris was recognized for significant transactions per square foot leased in down economy. Chris’ transactions in the past 10 years alone involved over 5 million square feet of property leased or sold at a transaction value of over 400 million dollars.

Chris is an active board member with Alliance House where he is serving a leadership role with the housing committee addressing homelessness. Chris is involved with local and national Real Estate organizations currently serving chairmanship with NAIOP and has achieved his SIOR designation.

A graduate of the University of Utah, Chis has studied in Europe, enjoys coaching soccer and raising his twin daughters. A global traveler and an avid outdoorsman, Chris draws on a wide range of experience to understand his clients and to serve their interests.
