David Hagan, SIOR, is a senior vice president at CBRE with more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has completed numerous significant transactions across both the private and nonprofit sectors, contributing to community projects such as the development of Greensboro’s LeBauer Park, the Tanger Performing Arts Center, and major educational and research initiatives.
Beyond his professional achievements, Hagan has made a lasting impact through his leadership as Student Support Chair for the SIOR Carolinas Chapter and through his work with the SIOR Foundation. He has been instrumental in cultivating the next generation of commercial real estate professionals by mentoring students, connecting them with industry leaders, and expanding SIOR’s pipeline of emerging talent. His efforts have already helped guide multiple student scholars into SIOR membership, strengthening the organization’s future.
Hagan’s commitment to mentorship extends beyond the industry. As the founder of LifeBrothers, he has dedicated himself to supporting young men through personal challenges, offering guidance, encouragement, and a trusted voice during pivotal moments in their lives.
