Since joining The Andover Company in 2017, Shane has successfully facilitated over 3.5 million square feet of sale and lease transactions, with a total consideration exceeding $350 million.

As one of The Andover Company’s consistently top-performing brokers, Shane achieved the distinction of becoming the firm’s seventh Partner in 2023.

With a strong background in finance and economics, Shane brings a versatile and analytical approach to his work, enabling him to guide clients through complex transactions with expertise and consideration on both sides of the table.

In his free time, Shane enjoys hiking, backpacking, and mountaineering.
