Brecken graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to working with CBRE, she was the in-house representative with one of New Mexico's largest landlords, responsible for leasing a portfolio of more than 1.2 million square feet. Brecken's keen skill set includes procuring new tenants, pre-leasing, demographic insight, new development, and construction.
