Sandner Hennessy specializes in office tenant representation in the Birmingham area. He has significant experience in real estate valuation and positioning.

Sandner has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 2011 and has experience in multiple states in the Southeastern United States. Clients have included financial institutions, pension funds, REITs, developers, private property owners and law firms. Prior to joining Colliers International, he was a licensed commercial real estate appraiser specializing in Class A office, medical office, power and lifestyle shopping centers.

Sandner began his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young. Sandner is a graduate of The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters Degree in Accounting.
