Tucker is an SIOR member and professional with over 10 years of experience. As a Partner in the firm and a leader within CCP’s brokerage division, Tucker emphasizes a team approach to focus on client, investor and owner opportunities within the office, medical and industrial marketplace. Tucker applies his unique market insight and expertise to drive clients’ real estate decisions and strategy. By leveraging local and regional resources as well as market expertise, Tucker helps clients realize more opportunities. In addition to driving a market-leading investment sales platform, Tucker and his team provide office brokerage services relating to landlord leasing, tenant representation, land sales, and owner-user sales in Virginia.

Tucker has produced over $250 million in completed transactions and has represented buildings encompassing over 5 million square feet. His representation of property owners and tenants includes Montecito Medical, Sauer Properties, Ukrops Family Holdings, Douglas Development, Miles & Stockbridge, Riverstone Properties, Total Quality Logistics, Katherman & Co. Development, Achilles Foot & Ankle Specialists, Neurosurgical Associates, Richmond Plastic Surgeons, Commonwealth Eye Associates, Trane, and Ameriprise/Four Rivers Wealth Management. Tucker has also completed lease transactions with HCA Health Systems, Bon Secours/Mercy Health, Great Minds, YMCA, VCU Health, VCU Investment Management, Barton Malow, Steward Partners Global Advisory, Townes Engineering, State of Virginia, GSA, OrthoVA, MEDRVA and many, many more.

Tucker joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2013. Prior to then, he worked in the land and development division of Boddie-Noell Enterprises. Tucker also worked as an intern for the commercial real estate firm, The Shopping Center Group, during the summer of 2011.

An avid road cyclist, you can often find Tucker on the Virginia Capital Trail or enjoying a weekend of boating & slalom skiing at the lake with his wife Annabelle, son Daniel and daughter Ellia.
