For the past 18 years, Hopkins has exclusively focused on single tenant net lease properties, and has been an integral part of more than $6B of transactional volume. A partner and founding member of Newmark’s Net Lease Capital Markets Group, he has sold an industry-leading 111 FedEx leased properties totaling more than $1B in sales. He also has worked on several high-profile and complex tax deferred §1031 exchange deals worth more than $250 million. Early in his career, Hopkins called on Fortune 500 clients in the financial services and distribution sectors for IBM.
