Chris provides market leading advisory and transactional support to occupiers, owners, developers and investors and has been a top producing broker in the Richmond, Virginia market for over a decade. Chris is a native and lifelong resident of Central Virginia and uses his extensive network and intimate market knowledge to advise and consult with clients on any and all real estate needs throughout Virginia and beyond. He prides himself on his client first mentality, honesty, integrity and delivering results.

In addition to SIOR, Chris is an active member of the Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), as well as local organizations such as the Virginia Maritime Association and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). He lives in the near West End of Richmond with his wife, Heather, and their daughter, Ellie, as well as their two dogs, Beau and Ozzy.
