Mr. Irwin joined Charles Hawkins Co. in January 2019 after earning a BBA in Managerial Finance and Real Estate from the University of Mississippi. Since then, he has consistently been recognized as a top producer in the firm for four consecutive years.

Working alongside Robert and McNeill Stout, Mr. Irwin specializes in the leasing, sales, and acquisition of industrial properties throughout Rutherford County and the greater Nashville metro area. Since 2022, their team has accounted for over 279 leasing and sale transactions totaling over $600,000,000 in deal volume. Some of his notable leasing assignments include Airpark Business Center (1,203,456 SF), Harding Business Park (630,079 SF), Fairfax Business Center (82,262 SF) and 165 Jones Blvd / 161 Bain Drive (105,000 SF).

Outside the office, Mr. Irwin is an avid outdoorsman. He spends much of his free time in the winter waterfowl hunting with his Labrador, Ryder, and turkey hunting around the country in the spring with friends. He and his wife, Price, enjoy going back to Ole Miss for football games and trying out all the new, up-and-coming restaurants Nashville has to offer."
