Maja Lavrič is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner, mainly responsible for investments, CRE consulting and business development in the CEE region, particularly Slovenia-Croatia-Serbia-Montenegro.

Prior to founding Reconsult & Partners in 2020, she was CRE advisor in NAI Significa, Slovenia (part of NAI Global). Her career started in Capital Markets' segment in year 1998 as stock broker. Soon after she was managing the Brokerage department in one of the biggest brokerage houses in Slovenia and later on joined the biggest bank in Slovenia (NLB) as Wealth Manager, where she was responsible for managing the assets of HNWI. During this period she was also responsible to design and launch new investment vehicles based on hedge techniques, as well as lecturing about Investment Management to different audiences.

Maja holds a MSc in International Economics from University Ljubljana, Slovenia, and specialist knowledge of Asset Management and Hotel Investment Valuation from EHL Hospitality Business & Hotel Management School, Lausanne, Switzerland.
