With 3,900 members in 49 countries and 722 cities, and only 147 dual specialists, SIOR represents the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. As a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), he attends their deal making sessions each May – a forum for all national retail chains looking to expand into new markets.

Carl has a Bachelor of Business Administration/Finance and a BBA/Economics, both from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Carl was born and raised in Alaska and has been a top producer from the time he joined Jack White Commercial in 2003. Carl averages in excess of $80,000,000 worth of transactions annually in recent years with 2023 production being $117,000,000.
