John Faur currently serves as an Associate Director in Newmark Zimmer’s Kansas City, Missouri, office. He focuses on Industrial sales and leasing with an emphasis on tenant representation, acquisition, and site selection. John has assisted a wide variety of industrial tenants including 3PL’s, manufacturing, auto suppliers, and construction companies with leases, lease renewals, acquisitions and dispositions. His additional work has included representing tenants’ interest in development projects in the Heartland as

well as site selection around the country.

In the past two years, John has completed over 2 million square feet of industrial transactions totaling $100 million in value. He is an SIOR Member Associate and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee. John is licensed in Kansas

and Missouri.
