Having graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Management and Development, Sebastian began his real estate career in 2010, spending two years in Edinburgh U.K. where he trained and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, infrastructure and construction. In the United Kingdom his training involved rotations in the Brokerage, Property Management, Appraisal and Development departments giving him full exposure to the world of Real Estate. In 2012 he moved to New York City where he spent four years working in Landlord and Tenant representation across office, retail and industrial properties, before settling in Savannah at the beginning of 2017.
