Derek Riggleman is an Orlando area native who graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. He began his real estate career in the appraisal industry in Orlando after college. During Derek's appraisal career, he valued over $300 million dollars of real estate ranging from owner-user assets to institutional grade assets across a variety of property types.

Derek’s appraisal experience has been invaluable as he knows how to analyze and understands the core metrics and demand drivers of various property types. This allows him to advise clients with meaningful knowledge and market insight such as opportunities for value-add properties and identifying trends in the market that impact property values.

Today, Derek specializes in industrial real estate and is focused on tenant and landlord representation, in addition to investment sales. He currently represents over 2,000,000 square feet of industrial space for institutional clients. Acting as a tenant representative, Derek focuses on having a high level of customer service, work ethic, transparency, and superior market knowledge to truly advise his clients. He has worked with local and regional businesses as well as large national corporations.
