Davon J. Peters immigrated to Brooklyn from St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 1989. He graduated from Erasmus High School and began working at The United Parcel Service (UPS) as a seasonal worker. While Working at UPS, he started working part-time in residential real estate. After finalizing several commercial transactions, he soon committed to commercial real estate on a full-time basis.

Davon holds an associate degree in Business Management from The Borough of Manhattan Community College and anticipates earning his BBA in Real Estate Development from Baruch College in the near future.

Davon attributes his skills to his upbringing, which focused on education, hard work, and entrepreneurship. One of the aspects of commercial Real Estate that he genuinely loves is interacting with a diverse group of people and understanding what motivates the parties to a transaction.

Davon has facilitated numerous lease and sale transactions throughout Brooklyn and Queens over the past ten years. During which time he specialized in helping community-based organizations, as well as retail tenants, meet their goals in a constantly evolving market.

His most notable clientele includes Flushing Saving Bank, AHRC New York City, Rise Boro Community Partnership, TWU Local 100, Capital One Bank, Alpha and Omega Kids, Ascend Public Charter Schools, Urban Resource Institute, Emblem Health, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and numerous private and non-profit businesses.

In his spare time, Davon enjoys cooking, boxing, reading, and hiking.
