Nick Barber is Senior Vice President with JLL, specializing in Tenant representation, Agency leasing and investment sales of office properties.

Originally from California, Barber has lived in Las Vegas for over 25 years and has been a licensed broker for fourteen years. He was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining JLL.

Barber is a Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Designee and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

He has represented more than 350 clients on over 900 transactions with a value in excess of $900 million dollars.

Barber is also very active within his community, volunteering time and support to local organizations like the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Homeless Helpers and the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada.
