Adam Padgett is originally from Aiken, SC and has spent his entire life living in South Carolina. Prior to

joining Lee & Associates, Adam began working with Lyons Industrial Properties as the Marketing Coordinator

in February 2006 and upon his graduation in December 2008, he began a full-time brokerage career

specializing in Industrial and Investment properties. Shortly thereafter, Adam moved to Spartanburg, SC from

Columbia, SC and has made Spartanburg his home to raise a family with his wife, Geri-Caitlin. Adam has been

recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for being one of the Top 10 Industrial Leasing brokers in the Upstate SC

market 11 times in the past 12 years (2009, 2011, 2012, 2014 - 2021) as well as being ranked one of the top 5

industrial brokers in 2018 - 2021. He has leased or sold more than 15 million square feet of industrial space,

managed over 450 individual real estate transactions for a combined value in excess of $500 million thus far

in his career. Adam’s time expanding Lyons Industrial Properties from two to five brokers provided him with

knowledge and experience that has shaped his career and he has brought that same knowledge

and experience to continue his career at Lee & Associates.

Adam has over 18 years’ experience in industrial real estate. He joined Lee & Associates as an Executive

Vice President and Principal in July 2019. His responsibilities include transaction management for clients

as they are leasing, selling, purchasing, investing, expanding or developing light-industrial, warehousing,

manufacturing, flex, distribution, and e-commerce facilities across the Upstate region of South Carolina.

Adam also helps manage the growth of the company with our principals and senior associates to expand

market share and provide the best level of services to our clientele for years to come.
