Ryan has experience and expertise encompassing the management of a diversity of commercial real estate types including land, office, and industrial properties. In January 2011, Ryan relocated from Columbia to Charleston as a Land and Industrial Specialist Broker to assist in the sales, purchases, relocations, expansions and renewals of industrial sites and land services. Ryan has extensive agriculture experience with land and timber tracks, with agriculture knowledge being based on over ten years of first-hand experience.

Ryan joined Lee & Associates Charleston in early 2012 and is known for his proactive, prompt response to property issues and excellent rapport with owners and tenants. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 2008 earning a double major in biology and business with a specialty in real estate investment finance. Ryan is an active member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and The Charleston Motor Association.

Ryan managed a portfolio consisting of over 400,000 square feet, which included: 3 regions of National Bank of South Carolina Bank Branches, CVS, and Ashley Overlook Executive Suite Park. Ryan has also been involved in the execution of multiple industrial and office transactions in the Charleston, Columbia, Sumter, Florence and Kingstree markets.
