My career began in commercial and industrial real estate in 1983. Currently I hold CCIM, SIOR, and ALC designations and complete a significant number of a tax deferred exchanges each year. In terms of industrial transactions my experience ranges from leasing of 5000SqFt units to the sale of industrial complexes with multiple buildings. Users have ranged from steel companies, cement casting, truss builders, laboratory table manufacture, to trucking and logistics, storage and construction yards. In a recent transaction I sold a 29+ acre parcel to a National food company who is currently constructing a 325,000SqFt building with a trucking facility for food distribution.
