Through strategic partnerships, Ryan serves his clients’ global corporate real estate needs.

Ryan holds both his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. He is a member and former President of Triangle Area Office Building Association (TRAOBA), Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), NAI Global, and NC Bio. Additionally, Ryan holds a Board position on the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) Developing Leaders Triangle Chapter.

Ryan is the recipient of the 2019-2022 TCAR Elite Office Leasing Award, the 2022 TCAR Elite Industrial Leasing Award and the TCAR Investment Sales Award. Ryan was also the recipient of the 2017 TCAR “REALTOR of the Year” award, the organizations highest honor. Additionally, Ryan received the TCAR 2015 “Lease Transaction of the Year” award for the Kimley-Horn & Associates Headquarters deal at One Bank of America Plaza in Downtown Raleigh.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration. In addition, Ryan is an Eagle Scout. Ryan lives in Raleigh with his wife Caitlin and their two young children, Jack and Madden.
