Jackie Orcutt is a First Vice President with CBRE's Industrial & Logistics. She partners with First Vice President John Grady, specializing in institutional landlord and buyer representation, industrial and back office leasing and sales. Jackie brings a unique balance of management and brokerage experience, using a values-based approach to client relations and transactions. Her dedication and attention to detail allows her to exceed client expectations.

Jackie is also an active and influential member of the business and real estate communities. In 2014, she was named to AZ Business magazine’s list of Top 20 Most Influential Women in Arizona, and in 2013 was included in AZRE magazine’s 40 Under 40. An active member of AZCrew, she previously served as the group’s director of the PR & Outreach and Membership committees, and is President Elect for the 2017 calendar year. Additionally, she is a member of SIOR, and she is active in the ULI Partnership Forum program.

A top industrial broker in the metro Phoenix market, Jackie has completed more than 11 million sq. ft. of transactions valued at over $510 million in the last five years alone. Previously with Cushman & Wakefield, she was recognized as the firm's Rising Star at their national industrial conference in 2015.
