Martin is a seasoned commercial real estate agent who started his real estate career over 25 years ago and has achieved the highest level of education in commercial real estate by being one of few to earn both his CCIM and his SIOR designations. He has completed industrial and office deals with local and national clients in both Louisiana and Mississippi such as Rouses, Shell, BP, Halliburton, Cameron Ashley, Scotia Bank, United Rental, Penske, Lockheed Martin, GSA, Xerox and Walmart to name a few. He has also helped clients purchase and sell investment properties throughout the southeast via an in-depth income and market analysis.

Previously he handled the leasing of 1615 Poydras Street, a major 500,000 sq.ft. downtown Class A office tower in New Orleans and successfully increased the occupancy rate during his tenure. This assignment gives him an edge when representing tenants as he fully understands the Landlord’s motivations and negotiating tactics.

Over the past 25 years, Martin has started and managed several companies, including Rellim Surface Management, which managed over 30,000 acres of hunting and farming land in SW Louisiana; Rellim Property Management Company, which manages and oversees a large investment portfolio of properties located throughout the Southeast; and Rellim Development Company, which is currently developing retail projects throughout the Southeast.
