Josh Young serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Cincinnati office, where he specializes in large industrial projects. Josh is part of a team that includes Si Pitstick, Clare Armbruster, Connor Dougherty, and Pat Stucker.

Josh assists clients locally, nationally and internationally with all aspects of their industrial real estate needs, from their distribution and manufacturing network strategy to location selection, facility design and industrial asset acquisition/disposition. His services include the marketing of freestanding and multi-tenant buildings for sale or lease as well as the sale of industrial investment property and industrial land. He also represents clients in site searches and negotiations to either buy or lease industrial facilities, including build-to-suit projects. As an advocate for the companies he represents, Josh is able to minimize the time his clients spend on dealing with real estate issues. His superior work ethic and persistent attention to detail ensure that each client achieves the best possible economic and contractual terms in real estate transactions. The Pitstick/Young Team has completed projects in over 70 markets in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe on more than 103 million square feet of industrial real estate, values in excess of $2.2 billion.

Josh Young, a principal owner of Cincinnati Commercial, REALTORS®, specializes in large industrial real estate projects and is part of a four person team that includes Si Pitstick, Scott Berger and Linda Rassche. EXPERTISE

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Cincinnati Commercial, REALTORS® (C&W | CCR) in 2004, Josh worked in banking and pharmaceutical sales. Such extensive experience in finance has allowed him to easily transition into commercial real estate where he can apply his sales, investment and marketing knowledge.
