Abram Schwarz joined Lee & Associates in 2016. He has extensive experience in the Cleveland commercial real estate market, which he has been involved in since 2003. Abram has partnered with numerous notable owners and tenants and has completed hundreds of transactions encompassing millions of square feet. He specializes in representing business owners of office and industrial properties and tenants in the leasing and sales of office and industrial property.

Abram began his career as a summer intern with Great Lakes Development, Ltd., and continued to work there until 2008. He went on to work with CBRE, Inc. and EV Bishoff Company where he closed 300+ transactions totaling 250,000 SF and was instrumental in the acquisition of a large parking garage in Downtown Cleveland. Abram then moved on to Colliers International where he joined as a Senior Associate. In 2013, Abram was named Colliers International Rookie of the Year and was the Top Producer in the Office Services Group and third overall. The following year Abram was name a CoStar Power Broker for Office Leasing Transaction Volume and again in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2023. Due to Abram’s steady ascent to one of the top tier of Cleveland’s real estate industry, Abram earned his SIOR designation in 2018.

Abram employs an enthusiastic and diligent work ethic in representing his clients in achieving their real estate goals. This, combined with in depth knowledge of both the suburban and CBD markets, make him a key producer in Northeast Ohio’s commercial real estate market.

A graduate of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, Abram earned his Ohio Real Estate Sales License in 2004 and Ohio Real Estate Broker’s license in 2011. Abram and his family are active members of Park Synagogue, where he served for 6 years on the Board of Trustees, is the current President of Landerwood Swim Club, along with many other community organizations. Abram, his wife Sarah, and daughters Hannah and Noa are residents of Pepper Pike and livelong Clevelanders.
