Mr. Trone specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of warehouse/distribution facilities. He has a strong background in structuring lease transactions, property dispositions and build-to-suit projects. Taking a comprehensive approach, he is able to deliver solutions that align with the overall objectives of an organization and help them gain a competitive advantage.

Mr. Trone has completed transactions totaling over 5.5 million square feet over the last three years. He is a recipient of C&W’s Zimmerman Award given to individuals displaying a strong work ethic, community involvement, teamwork and high character. Mr. Trone began his career with C&W in 2008 and was awarded the Rookie of the Year.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Trone worked as a White House Intern for the office of Strategic Initiatives, under Karl Rove. He is an Eagle Scout and also serves on the executive board for the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association, which helps to assure inclusion and enhance independence of people with Down syndrome. He is also a competitive pistol shooter in the United States Practical Shooting Association.
