Eric began his career with Cushman & Wakefield during the single worst time in industrial real estate history (2009). Fortunately, he was lucky enough to have patient roommates named mom and dad who let him live rent free because he didn’t make his first deal until 2011. Prior to joining KBC, Eric spent 12+ years with C&W in the Greater Los Angeles market specializing in agency leasing, development and tenant representation.

Eric is a Southern California native. Born and raised in Huntington Beach, he later attended and somehow graduated from Long Beach State University. He now resides in Seal Beach with his wife and two children. When not coaching the kids’ sports teams, Eric enjoys surfing, golfing and trying to grow hair.
