After more than 20 years of trading cotton, Henry Stratton joined Colliers International in 2001, where he now serves as Vice President of Brokerage Services.

Henry’s primary area of expertise is in tenant representation for medical, office and industrial clients, as well as the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, land and specialty properties.

Industry Involvement:

Henry served as President of the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter in 2009, as Regional Vice President of the CCIM Institute for 2012 and 2013 and was elected to the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute for 2014 - 2016. He has served on the Board of Directors of the MAAR Commercial Council, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the MAAR Education Foundation, of which he served as President for 2011. Henry is licensed in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Community Involvement:

Henry served on the Board of Directors of Family Services of the Mid-South from 2003 – 2009 and Chairman for 2007 and 2008. He is very active at St John’s Episcopal Church, where he has served as a Stephen Minister, a member of the Vestry from 2010 – 2012 and is a member of the Finance and Administration Committee. He is active in Kairos Prison Ministries and Memphis Chrysalis. He served as Team Leader for Kairos 26 (2010) and as Lay Director of Memphis Chrysalis Flight 41 (2012).
