CAREER SUMMARY

Bill began work in commercial real estate with Cushman and Wakefield in 1985 after leaving the U.S. Navy, where he served as an officer and a fighter pilot. He has industrial sales and leasing experience in Los Angeles, California, as well as in the East Bay Region of San Francisco, California, before relocating to Hampton Roads.

Bill specializes in leasing and selling commercial land and industrial properties. He is currently marketing a number of properties, including:

 Waverton Commerce Park, a 300+ acre industrial park in Suffolk, Virginia

 62 acre distribution facility with deep water access in Chesapeake, Virginia

 88,000 square foot manufacturing building in Suffolk, Virginia

 200,000 warehouse complex in Portsmouth, Virginia

He has served on a consulting basis for companies such as CSX Rail and Bauer Compressor. Bill has also worked for national and regional banks in the disposition of REO assets.

Other specialty land sale activity include the recent sale of a 15 acre industrial property converted to multi-family in Virginia Beach, and the listing of another 15 acre, 333 unit development site with marina in Norfolk, Virginia.

He is active in representing buyers and tenants, and has worked with firms such as UPS, Fastenal, WIWA Technologies, Mastec Utilities, Fibrex Group, DISH Network, TPS Logistics, and others.
