The JLL industrial real estate team takes a regional approach in assisting North and South Carolina-based corporations with the acquisition and/ or disposition of industrial real estate. This would include assisting institutional owners with agency leasing assignments; implementing a portfolio strategy that matches the goals of each client. Further, when given opportunities to assist with multi-market, industrial real estate assignments, I work to provide "best-in-class" service by leveraging my supply chain and real estate contacts across the global platform of JLL.
