In 2018 Givens became a managing partner and principal of Wilson Kibler, inc. Givens previously worked at Colliers International as an industrial sales and leasing specialist in 2001

and obtained his SIOR designation in 2008.

PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS

In 2005, Givens was awarded the

Commercial Broker of the Year by the

Greater Greenville Association of

REALTORS® (GGAR) and was recognized

on the national level by the REALTORS®

Commercial Alliance in 2006. He was also

given the Award of Distinction from Colliers

International Greenville for being the top

producer in 2006 and 2007 and in February

2008, he received the firm’s highest honor,

the Walter M. Keenan Award, as the

statewide leading producer in 2007. In 2015 he was presented Top industrial Transaction in the Member to Member Category for representing TTI / Ryobi in a 1,300,000 SF industrial lease. He went on to receive national recognition as Colliers Everest Club inductee for being apart of the top 10% for production in 2015, & 2016.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Givens currently serves on the two

boards. Synovous Advisory Board, and Board of Trustee of Camperdown Academy.
