Professional Background

Barry Chavin, SIOR, joined Newmark in 2019 as a managing director in the firm’s Milwaukee office. A leader of the Milwaukee industrial segment, Mr. Chavin focuses on representing tenants and buyers in the sale and leasing of existing buildings. He also assists

clients in the development and marketing of major business parks. Mr. Chavin joined Newmark following its acquisition of MLG Commercial, where he had worked for more than 30 years, becoming a principal there in 1998. He has experience selling, leasing and acquiring all types of commercial real estate. Mr. Chavin has also been involved in all aspects of the development process, including land identification, acquisition, planning, approvals and marketing.
