C. Todd Everett, SIOR serves as a Principal at Lee & Associates South Florida, specializing in office and industrial Investment Sales and Leasing. With an illustrious career spanning almost 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, Todd brings a wealth of expertise and an extensive skillset to the table, delivering exceptional results for his clients.

In 1995, Everett began his career in Commercial Real Estate and quickly emerged as a top-performing broker. In 2004, Todd respectably earned the prestigious designation of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), solidifying his commitment to excellence in the field.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, C. Todd Everett served as First Vice President of Investments and Director in Marcus & Millichap's National Office and Industrial Properties Division since 2013. His notable achievements include completing transactions valued at over $650 million throughout his career. Before his role at Marcus, Todd served as Managing Director for NAI/Merin Hunter Codman from 2005 to 2012.

Actively engaged in several leading industry associations, Todd is a current member of the board of directors for NAIOP South Florida Chapter and a co-founder and executive committee member of the real estate group ACRES. He is also recognized for his role as a frequent moderator and industry panelist, contributing to the broader real estate conversation.
