Office buildings ranging from 8,000 SF to 66,000 SF

A multiple subdivision development to include a 300-lot neighborhood for Beazer Homes

Milton's asset management experience includes oversight of numerous partnership holdings, as well as third-party work. He received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1998. Only the top 5% of commercial brokers in the country achieve this designation.
