I specialize in land and subdivision sales; acquisitions land assembly; sales and leasing of warehouse and industrial buildings, and build-to-suit projects. I have also developed and leased office buildings and shopping centers for clientele. My real estate career on Fresno began with Pearson Realty in 1965. During my tenure with Pearson, I served as President of the Pearson Realty Corporation from 1988 to 1993. I have been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) since 1977 and served as President of the Northern California Chapter in 1997. My more than 2,800 career transactions in sales and leases exceeded $500 million resulted in a "Top Producer" status for a number of years.
