ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Heidelbaugh specializes in office and industrial tenant representation, international transactions, corporate services, build-to-suits, acquisitions / dispositions, consulting and land transactions. Because of his reputation and expertise within the Dallas market, Mr. Heidelbaugh is often sought after by various trade publications and periodicals for comments on trends and real-time market information, and is a frequent speaker at industry seminars and conferences.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mr. Heidelbaugh has extensive experience with corporate accounts, in lease renewals, lease restructuring, acquisitions, dispositions (including subleases), build-to-suits, consulting and corporate headquarters relocations. Mr. Heidelbaugh has represented several corporations in relocating their headquarters to the DFW area. During his 19 years at C&W, he has participated in national and international transactions totaling more than 50 million square feet.
