My brokerage skills are founded upon the analytical skills I've acquired during 28 years appraising commercial and industrial property throughout the Southeast. My brokerage activities over the past 20 years include investment, industrial, commercial land, tenant rep and a wide variety of other brokerage activities.

Presently, the majority of my time is spent marketing our region's larger investment properties, industrial buildings and sites, and complex re-use projects. My valuation activities primarily involve consulting and litigation assignments.
