Tom Holland,SIOR, CCIM, CPM works today as Heger Industrial’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-owner. In addition, he is directly responsible for the ongoing management of the over 30 person staff within Heger’s Los Angeles office.

Tom began his career in real estate in 1992 specializing in landlord representation for industrial property types including sales, leasing, investments and management. He currently holds the coveted CCIM, SIOR, and CPM designations and recently served as the 2011 President for the Greater Los Angeles CCIM Chapter.

He remains focused on keeping current on all aspects of commercial real estate and has successfully completed the education courses required for the MAI, Appraiser and CCIM, Commercial Investor designations.

Tom earned a BS in Communications with an emphasis on Marketing and a minor in Urban, Regional Planning from the University of Southern California (USC) where he also earned All PAC-10 honors in football on a full athletic scholarship.

Tom is also part of a five member team dedicated to the Vernon & Commerce Industrial Markets. With over seventy-five (75) years of collective experience this team is dedicated to providing unparalleled brokerage, management and investment services for this market.

Tom currently resides in South Pasadena with his wife Jessica and five kids staying active in his church and enjoys coaching youth sports including soccer, basketball, baseball and varsity football at South Pasadena High School.
