has been in the office sector, but he has also handled significant industrial and retail acquisitions for clients. Tom's extensive experience

the unique market conditions at that time to help his clients complete successful transactions overcoming the most challenging issues.

Tom has received over 10 awards from SIOR for completing the largest sale and lease transactions in Southern California's Inland Empire. CoStar, a leader in providing commercial real estate information across the nation,has presented Tom with their “Power Broker” Award over 16 times.
